1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the okplay platform — including the website at okplay.im, any associated mobile applications, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and okplay (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the okplay platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised Terms. okplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through okplay, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), slots and arcade games (including Aviator by Spribe), promotional bonuses, and all payment transactions processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Access to and use of the okplay platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. okplay operates a strict 18+ policy. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or otherwise using the platform in any capacity.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of okplay is lawful in your location.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from okplay or any other gambling platform through a formal self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
- You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or on any government sanctions list that would prohibit you from engaging in financial transactions of this nature.

3. Account Registration & Security
To access okplay's full range of services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active okplay account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, okplay reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okplay login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. okplay will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify okplay immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.
3.3 Accurate Information
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including falsifying your date of birth, identity, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
okplay supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your okplay wallet in real time. okplay does not charge any deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility to confirm with the relevant provider.
4.3 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers. okplay does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account held in your own name. okplay reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 or where fraud indicators are detected.
4.4 Currency
All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okplay displays amounts using the ৳ symbol. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used throughout the platform. Currency conversion is not available within the platform; all deposits and withdrawals must be made in BDT.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
okplay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus rules set out below.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed prominently on the promotion page at the time you claim the offer. It is your responsibility to review these requirements before accepting any bonus. okplay does not hide wagering requirements in footnotes — they are shown clearly upfront.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly.
- okplay reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if evidence of abuse or exploitation is found.
- Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, the use of third-party funds, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.
5.3 Expiry
Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms, which is typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account automatically. okplay is not obligated to remind you of impending bonus expiry, though we may do so as a courtesy via email or in-app notification.
6. Responsible Gaming
okplay is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gaming activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun, okplay provides a range of measures to help you manage or limit your play.
6.1 Player Protection Tools
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set amount of continuous playing time.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but no deposits or bets can be placed.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the okplay platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the okplay platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) to circumvent platform rules, claim multiple bonuses, or avoid account restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on okplay.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials, unauthorised use of another person's bKash or Nagad account, or chargeback fraud.
- Attempting to launder money or process funds through the okplay platform for any purpose other than legitimate gambling entertainment.
- Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or game vulnerabilities to gain credits, winnings, or any other platform benefit. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be void and forfeited.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing okplay staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
- Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation technology in order to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
okplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or suspected money laundering.
- A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
- Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. A dormant account notification will be sent to the registered email address before any action is taken.
- Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate the restriction of access.
8.1 Voluntary Closure
If you wish to close your okplay account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.
8.2 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, all pending bets placed before the closure request will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Bonus balances and free spins that have not been converted to real money through the completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. okplay retains transaction and account records in line with our data retention policy as set out in the Privacy Policy.
